Introduction
When applying for a job at BIMobject, we will collect, process and store personal information about you. This policy explains why we collect your information, what information we collect and how it is processed.
What information do we collect and why
The purpose of collecting personal information is to administer and review your job application for a potential employment at BIMobject. This is applicable both for jobs that you have applied for and other job possibilities that we have at BIMobject. BIMobject only collects data that is needed to carry through the recruitment process. When ticking the box “BIMobject can contact me regarding future job opportunities”you give consent to BIMobject to process your application for other job openings then the one that you initially applied to. If you choose not to tick this box we will not process your job application for other jobs than the one you applied to. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This is done by contacting hrdatarequests@bimobject.com.
Information that may be collected and processed:
- Personal information such as your name
- Contact data, such as home address, email and telephone number.
- Data submitted by you such as CV, personal letter, job preferences including role, and if applicable geographical areas and salary, and any other relevant information
All personal data is collected through the HR system BambooHR, candidates information will not be stored anywhere else.
For how long will BIMobject keep your personal data
Your personal information will be stored for 2 years after the recruitment process is completed. If you have given consent to store your application for future job openings your personal data will be stored for the future, unless you take back your consent.
Who is your information shared with
BIMobject will not share, trade or lease your personal data to other third parties, unless consent for this has been given. The personal information that has been collected will only be used within BIMobject AB and its subsidiaries or business partners acting on our behalf.
Your rights
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have several rights. These rights are:
- Receive information on as well as accessing the personal data that is stored with BIMobject
- Request correction of your personal data
- Request to have you personal data deleted
- Request the restriction of your personal data
Changes to the Privacy Notice
This privacy Notice may be changed by BIMobject at any time and will be updated to fulfil any future requirements under GDPR or other regulations on data protection.
